HOW CAN WE SHAPE THE FUTURE?

EVOLVE is a movement for industry transformation that was conceived by Leisure DB and Pocket Rocket in 2021, with ActiveIQ, Willmott Dixon and Taylor Wessing coming onboard as partners to help us launch it that same year.

It is at the annual EVOLVE conference in June that our flagship State of the UK Fitness Industry Report is unveiled, with thought-provoking speakers stimulating discussion and debate.

But EVOLVE is far more than a one-day event. Bringing together the industry’s disrupters and thought leaders – and leveraging Leisure DB’s powerful data and insights – EVOLVE is a year-round platform for conversation, collaboration and change.

Already, partner-led roundtables have taken EVOLVE themes and pushed the conversations further, from the language we use to the qualifications we offer, from wellness to data to the eco-agenda.

Joining the EVOLVE movement means actively participating in shaping the future success of the sector. It is about is about questioning the current ‘state of the industry’, unlocking new thinking, exploring new markets and accelerating growth.
