combatTING some of OUR challenges

Fun & Moving would like to share how we’ve been continuing to combat some of the challenges people face to get their bodies moving, and achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Our telehealth portal is well underway, providing medical help for those people living in remote areas or unable to leave the house, this principle is the foundation of the Fun & Moving ethos.

We are trying to achieve equity for everyone, providing simplified accessible pathways to get everyone moving regardless of their current fitness level.

Over the past six months, we have extended our rehab section to help with Frozen Shoulder, Carpal Tunnel syndrome, and Rotator Cuff injury, all carefully designed, as usual, under the expert guidance of our medical team.

We now also have an Adaptive Series, helping people who have lost the use of one of their arms, easy solutions to cope with every day tasks developed by Suzan Nguyen who lost her dominant arm in a traumatic car accident in her early 20s.

Move 150

Health professionals worldwide are recommending 150 minutes of exercise per week, and we have made this easy to achieve, with three levels of progression, from a chair or standing, or a combination, we have a fun, varied programme to achieve those 150 minutes of exercise.
